The Killing Floor
Founded in 2009 in Portland, Oregon, by skater and artist John Tang, The Killing Floor Skateboards is a one-of-a-kind brand that prioritizes artistic expression and original design over mass market trends. Moving away from standardized logos, every deck collection is a true work of art, often drawing inspiration from jazz, nature, and psychedelic imagery, while maintaining flawless manufacturing quality. Crafted from premium Canadian maple, The Killing Floor decks deliver outstanding durability and responsive pop, making them the ideal choice for skaters seeking technical hardware with a strong artistic soul. The Killing Floor : Art First
In the skateboarding world, some brands are defined by pure performance, others by style. The Killing Floor sits right at the intersection of both. Rooted in Portland's vibrant creative scene, the brand has built a solid reputation by offering graphics that radically break the mold. John Tang, founder and art director, imprints his personal vision on every series, crafting decks that look almost too good to slide. Yet make no mistake: The Killing Floor is a core brand ridden by dedicated skateboarders on street spots worldwide.
Manufacturing Quality for Purists
If design is the brand's face, construction is its heart. The Killing Floor makes sure its hardware lives up to the heavy demands of street skaters.
