Ricta
Powered by NHS Fun Factory (the parent company of Independent and Santa Cruz), Ricta Wheels is the most technologically driven wheel brand on the market. Globally recognized for its superior urethane, Ricta has made a name for itself through wheels that combine blistering speed, ultimate flatspot resistance, and unique technologies like Clouds or the Chrome formula to smooth out the roughest terrain. Choosing Ricta means treating yourself to the smoothest, fastest ride possible, regardless of the pavement conditions. Discover our complete selection of Ricta skateboard wheels to boost your setup's performance.
Ricta Wheels: Cutting-Edge Engineering in the Service of Speed
Ricta doesn't just manufacture traditional skateboard wheels; the brand approaches urethane design with a scientific mindset. Benefiting from the state-of-the-art testing laboratories of the NHS group, Ricta constantly pushes the boundaries of polymer science to create wheels that last longer and roll faster. Its primary goal is to reduce friction and absorb the parasitic vibrations that slow skaters down every day. This focus on pure performance has won over the most creative and fastest riders on the globe, including Nyjah Huston, Yuto Horigome, and Chaz Ortiz.
Exclusive Technologies to Conquer Any Terrain
Ricta's greatest strength lies in its ability to offer innovative formulas that adapt precisely to where you skate, whether it's the smooth marble of a plaza or the old, gritty asphalt of a raw street spot.
Here are the brand's must-have lines that you will find in our shop:
- Ricta Clouds (The Comfort Revolution): This is the model that redefined everyday skateboarding. Available in softer durometers (78A, 86A, or 92A), Clouds turn any rough surface into a flying carpet. They are perfect for building a cruiser, filming your friends vibration-free, or simply for street skaters looking to maintain speed on the worst pavement.
- Profiled Shapes (Slim / Wide): Ricta offers various profiles to match your riding style. Slim shapes reduce weight to make flip tricks and technical skating easier, while Wide shapes provide a larger contact patch with the ground for maximum grip, high-speed stability, and a locked-in feel on grinds.
